2. Refund Policy

Transformation Guarantee

Complete your transformation in 6 weeks or less: Listen to all 6 episodes and complete all workbook exercises marked with a star (★). Send us your completed starred exercises within 6 weeks of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your transformation, we will refund you 100%.

Audio Quality Guarantee

Try Episode 1 risk-free: Listen to Episode 1 and complete the corresponding workbook exercises within 10 days of starting the course. If you find the audio quality not acceptable for your needs, we will refund you 100% - BUT you must NOT listen to any other episodes beyond Episode 1. 8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Light Way Conflict Transformation Protocol

At Light Way Learning we have developed a protocol for transforming conflict based on compassionate communication, good will and good faith. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to engage with our protocol as a first measure for resolving disputes. 

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.

 

Arbitration Agreement: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, your use of the course, or any breach thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration rather than in court.

Arbitration Process:

• Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association
• The arbitration shall take place in New Jersey or via remote/online proceedings
• Each party shall bear their own costs and attorney fees
• The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding

Waiver of Class Actions: You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class action, representative action, or collective proceeding.

Exception: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.
